Customer Care
At Treacle & Tartlet we aim to provide delicious baked goods to indulge in at your leisure. Some of these products we make free from gluten, nuts or dairy. Whilst every care is taken to minimise any cross contamination of products and allergens during the process, all products are made in the same kitchen where gluten, dairy, nuts etc are handled. Therefore, we cannot guarantee these allergens will not be present. If you suffer from an allergy, whether minor or severe, please let us know at point of ordering or as soon as possible after ordering to avoid disappointment.

Payment Methods
As a result of Covid-19 we are currently only taking payment via link, which I will send via email or social media messaging. This will be done when I reply to your order form, to avoid any unnecessary contact at point of collection, so that I can ensure your safety.
